Richard Smith, licensed contractor in Oregon, owns and operates RS Construction Services LLC. He has over 25 years' experience in single-family home building and finish carpentry.  CCB# 215455

Mary Ann Kolen has over 35 years' experience in managing and leasing commercial properties in Oregon, Washington, California and Nevada. Mary Ann has specialized in improving tenant mix and cash flow in retail product types ranging from boutique downtown buildings to power shopping centers.
